Had my first skin analysis appointment today. I was very nervous but Craig was lovely and put me straight at ease. Craig is obviously extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and listens to what you want. my skin looked and felt amazing after. I am so looking forward to the continuing treatments. (Also as a bonus I got to cuddle Kevin 😍)

I had an appointment for fillers at this salon while I was back in my hometown of Bristol, and I’m so glad I did. I actually got chatting to Craig while I was in the coffee shop next door and decided to book in and it was one of the best decisions. Craig was incredibly professional, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I had a very subtle amount of filler placed in my temples, and the whole treatment was virtually pain free. The results are exactly what I wanted, natural, refreshed, and not overdone. I genuinely felt like I was in very safe and experienced hands throughout the whole appointment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone considering aesthetic treatments. I love how honest he is with his advice—he never tries to push treatments you don't need, which makes it easy to trust his professionalism.
