**Terms and Conditions for Craig Hobson Aesthetics**

**1. Introduction**
Welcome to Craig Hobson Aesthetics. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

**2. Appointments**
To ensure the best service experience, appointments are necessary. We recommend that you allow adequate time for your procedure, including any required pre-treatment consultations. Late arrival over 15 minutes may result in your appointment being cancelled and our cancellation policy being enforced. 

**3. Cancellation Policy**
To uphold our commitment to providing exceptional service, we require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours, or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service charge. For appointment that are complimetary, we reserve the right to charge a £10 fee for our loss of time. 

**4. Refund Policy**
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for products, services, packages, or memberships purchased at Craig Hobson Aesthetics. Please carefully consider your purchases before completing a transaction. For memberships, should we need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances, you will be asked to pay the difference netween the discounted price and the full list price for services you have received to date, this includes any discount on retail. 

**5. Medical Records**
Your privacy is important to us. All medical records are securely stored on a protected database through Zenoti. We adhere to all applicable laws regarding patient privacy and confidentiality. Please note that all calls to CHA are recorded for monitoring purposes. It is vital you keep your medical history up to date. Please ensure you complete all forms prior to attending. Failure to do so could result in your service time being reduced. 

**6. Liability**
While we strive to provide quality services, Craig Hobson Aesthetics is not liable for any adverse effects or reactions resulting from products or services rendered. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.

**7. Changes to Terms**
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

**8. Nursing & Midwifery Code of Conduct. **
These terms and conditions are underpinned by the NMC code of conduct, which our practice is governed by. The registration PIN for Craig Hobson is 07B3090E and can be validated at www.nmc.org.uk.
