Craig holds an NMC registration, a first-class BSc (Hons) in Nursing, MSc Prescribing, Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine and a Cosmetic Dermatology qualification from the prestigious Harley Academy in London one of the most respected training programmes in the world.
Before founding CHA Clinic, Craig gained over 25 years of clinical experience across the NHS, community, charity sectors, and even specialist medicine within the pharmaceutical industry.
Craig also subscribes to the Global Evidence Matrix through Harley Academy, which is post graduate education and ongoing training.

Our clinic is designed to offer a tranquil and luxurious space, whilst the at same time, creating a clinical work space to offer you safe treatment.
Our reception area is bright and welcoming and boasts a wide range of professional skincare and supplements.
We a clinic room and a machione room, as well as a clinical preparation area. Your consultation and treatment is in a private space and we have invested in technology that allows us to manage your clinical records and keep them safe.
It is important to us not to have a conveyer belt system with our patients and endeavour to have a 15 minute gap between patients, ensuring that you are our number one priority when you visit.

aftercare
When done correctly, non surgical cosmetic procedures are relatively safe. However, complications can happen.
You are not only paying for your treatment, you are paying for aftercare also.
after each treatment you can expect:-
- Verbal aftercare instructions.
- Emailed aftercare.
- An out of hours aftercare emergency line.
- Clinical care to manage any complications that may arise.
We have full insurance with Insync and we are also a member of the Aesthetics Complications Experts organisation, which provides support to us in helping to manage any concerns.
We also have a strong network of collbaoration with other Doctors and Nurses and share best practice.
In the event of a complication or concern, we will raise an incident and give priority to managing your care.
