Perfect for tone loss due to inactivity, paddles are placed on the affected muscles, contracting them quickly and frequently in short blasts before allowing them to relax, and then repeating throughout the session.
This non-invasive treatment is quick and simple, and a 30 minute session provides 20,000 pulses is equivalent to roughly 20,000 crunches, squats or curls.
